By accessing and using DNSFiles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Service Description
DNSFiles provides private file storage and delivery services on an invite-only basis. The service allows authorized users to upload, store, share, and download files through a secure platform.
Account Access and Security
Access Credentials
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Invite-Only Access
DNSFiles operates on an invite-only model. Access may not be transferred, sold, or shared outside the authorized invitation system.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use DNSFiles only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Uploading or sharing copyrighted material without proper authorization or license
- Storing or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates others' rights
- Using the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' files
- Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
- Using the service for any commercial redistribution without authorization
- Circumventing usage limits or security measures
Copyright and Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your files. However, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload, store, and share all content you place on DNSFiles. You agree not to upload content that infringes upon any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
If you believe content on DNSFiles infringes your copyright, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.
Service Limitations
Storage and Usage Limits
DNSFiles may impose reasonable limits on:
- Total storage capacity per account
- File size limits for individual uploads
- Bandwidth and transfer limits
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, DNSFiles is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
Data and Backups
While DNSFiles implements redundancy and backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important files. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DNSFiles:
- For violation of these Terms of Service
- For extended periods of inactivity
- If we believe your account poses a security risk
- At our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your files will be deleted according to our retention policy.
Privacy
Your use of DNSFiles is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DNSFiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNSFiles and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or files
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or errors
- Unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of DNSFiles shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the six months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNSFiles and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you upload or share through the service
Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the service or any feature at any time

- Change pricing or service tiers with reasonable advance notice
Continued use of DNSFiles after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DNSFiles regarding use of the service.
